In order to be eligible for a gift card, merchants must process with Fortis for at least ninety (90) days and have a total monthly processing volume of $10,000 or more per month during the first ninety (90) days. Gift cards will be issued in approximately thirty (30) days upon completion of eligibility requirements.
Fortis retains the sole and absolute discretion to approve, reject or refuse any merchant application or agreement, and may terminate any merchant agreement entered into in accordance with its terms and provisions.
